This page is dedicated to the people I would like to show my appreciation of. In on way or another each party below was a big help in the restoration of my 1977 Corvette. Without their help and support I would never have the car the way is is today.
My Wife:
Jennifer has to be at the top of the list. Her patience with the car being in the way for so many years was critical. The decision to invest the money into the project would never have flown if she had not agreed. That’s just way too much money to dig out of some slush fund somewhere. Lastly, Jennifer located the paint and body guy.
So thanks Jennifer for putting up with all this but I have bad news for you. The car is still going to be ‘in the way’. But at least now, we can enjoy it together.
My Parents:
My parents could have easily sold this car along time ago. For some reason the kept it around and eventually sold it to me. I am very thankful they kept the corvette and I hope they are proud of the way it looks now.
Doug Briest:
My Cousin Doug Briest put a lot of unpaid time and effort into the Corvette. There are so many things that Doug just did on his own without me any asking. Doug also gave up his shop flloor space for several years while we worked on the car.

Jerry Honeycutt:
‘Jerry’s Paint and Body’ in Kannapolis NC. Jerry took extra care of the Corvette during the paint process. I feel he went the extra mile in making sure we were happy with the paint job. Jerry even ordered extra trim accessories that needed replaced.
He did a great paint job. We recieved a lot of complements on the paint work at the first car show. Plain and simple, Paint can make or break a car and he made it perfect.
